the protection of confidential data and the provision of real-time compliance reports (EU-GDPR, FINMA, ECB, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Our company is considered a Scale-Up<\/strong> as it has experienced an substantial growth in Switzerland and Europe, with major national and international customers from 12 major market sectors including Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Industrial, Public Services, Insurance, Telecommunication, BPO, Pharma, Human Resources, Energy and IT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>The Creation of REGDATA<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Our journey began in 2004<\/strong> when two like-minded visionaries decided to market a technical-legal consulting service in Switzerland for the compliance of IT systems for the banking and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our hands-on experience, through trial and error, of over 50 assignments has demonstrated:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The necessary level of each of the following components,<\/strong> interoperability, business logic, automation, orchestration for the protection of confidential and\/or sensitive personal data in internal and external audits, legal investigations, company mergers and acquisitions, IT outsourcing, and business process outsourcing, <strong>can form the requirements of a software solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The current design<\/strong> of our RPS (REGDATA Protection Suite) solution is the result of many years of experience in consulting based on our
