The Creation of REGDATA
Our journey began in 2004 when 2 like-minded visionaries decided to market a technical-legal consulting service in Switzerland for the compliance of IT systems for the banking and industrial sectors.
Our hands-on experience, through trial and error, of over 50 assignments has demonstrated:
The necessary level of each of the following components, interoperability, business logic, automation, orchestration for the protection of confidential and/or sensitive personal data in internal and external audits, legal investigations, company mergers and acquisitions, IT outsourcing, and business process outsourcing, can form the requirements of a software solution.
The current design of our RPS (REGDATA Protection Suite) solution is the result of many years of experience in consulting based on our initial diagnosis, where we aimed to create a software solution that:

- Was agnostic of all formats and protocols
- Could take into account any context (Audit, BPO, etc.)
- Could take into account the business rules of the application
- Allowed for protection configurations to be reused
- Was as unintrusive as possible
- Did not require the re-engineering of existing applications or data model
- Facilitated access to the Cloud
You have successfully completed all steps of the “Capgemini ScaleUp Qualification” process and have been classified as an INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ScaleUp with a total score of 78 (out of 100) across the four pillars.
