Project Manager

REGDATA provides data protection service delivered through the proprietary software REGDATA Platform Suite (RPS). RPS aims at helping customers meet their data security and data regulatory requirements.

We are looking to hire a positive and proactive project manager to ensure that RPS projects are delivered successfully to customers on time and on budget.

RPS projects cover different aspects: deployment of RPS in customer’s IT environment, implementation and delivery of customer features required by the customer, implementation of data protection techniques, integration of RPS in large corporate IT environments.

The project manager will be based in REGDATA’s Geneva office and will work under the direct supervision of the REGDATA Delivery Director.



  • Set project goals and create plans to meet them
  • Define projects’ timelines and planning
  • Ensure project requirements and schedules are met
  • Assess risks and respond adequately
  • Identify and resolve project issues
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Customer support. Manage expectations
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Lead regular meetings with project stakeholders
  • Coordination of change requests
  • Use technology to ensure all parties are informed of schedule and budget
  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the system process
  • Conduct post-project evaluation



  • Computer engineer bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Physics
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Experience using Slack, Jira, and Confluence
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
  • Good knowledge on IT distributed systems, VMs clusters, cloud computing,
  • Good knowledge on Networks
  • Basic Knowledge of data protection techniques
  • Project Management Certifications
  • Proven experience with agile methods
  • Willing to travel for meetings on customer premises
  • IT technically skilled
  • Fluent level in written and oral communication in English and French
  • Independent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Rigorous and methodic
